Enrollment Fee

The state of California mandates an enrollment fee of $46.00 per unit (with no cap) be charged to all students.

Health Fee

The health fee will be charged to each student regardless of the number of units taken. This fee is not waived by the Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver. It is your responsibility to pay the health fee every semester.

For students enrolled in both on-and-off campus sites the health fee is charged at the on-campus rate. The use of on-campus labs or the on-campus tutorial center will result in an on-campus health fee.
Current locations approved as on-campus are Clovis Community College, Fresno City College, Reedley College, Madera Community College Center.

An exemption/waiver from the health fee is available to the following students:

  • Students who depend exclusively upon prayer for healing in accordance with the teachings of a bona fide religious sect, denomination, or organization.
  • Students who are attending a community college under an approved apprenticeship training program.

The Health Fee waiver form is available online or in the Admissions and Records Office.

ASB Representation Fee

A mandatory representation fee of $1 per student per semester (excluding summer session) has been established by an election at Clovis Community College in the fall of 2012.

The money collected from the student fee shall be expended to provide support for students or representatives who may be stating their positions and viewpoints before city, county and district government and before offices and agencies of the state and federal government. The fee is mandatory; however, you have the right to request a waiver for religious, political, moral, or financial reasons.

Student Representation Fee Waiver forms are available at the Business Office and the Associated Students Government Office. The form may be delivered in person or be emailed to the College Business Office at CCCBusiness@cloviscollege.edu. The email address you use to send the form must match the email address that we have on file. This information can be verified on WebAdvisor.

Out of State (Non Resident)/International Enrollment Fees

Nonresident and international students are charged a tuition fee as follows (Education Code 76140):

Any US resident student who has not established California residency must pay a non-resident fee of $235 per unit for classes. In addition to the non-resident fee, an enrollment fee of $46 will be charged for each unit taken.

International students must pay a tuition fee of $235 per unit for classes. In addition to International tuition fee, an enrollment fee of $46 will be charged for each unit taken.

Instructional Materials Fees

In accordance with Title 5, Section 59404(b), Clovis Community College may require students to provide materials that are course-related, including, but not limited to, textbooks, tools, equipment and clothing. Such materials will be required if:

1. The instructional or other materials are used in the production of a course-related project or end product that has continuing value to the student outside of the classroom setting; or

2. The instructional and other materials required for the class have a continuing value to the student outside of the classroom setting.
