History made as soccer player Katrina Thompson first “Crush” athlete to receive the Scholar All-American national award Congratulations to Katrina Thompson for blazing the trail of excellence at the national level by being the first “Crush” student athlete to earn the Scholar All-American award. Katrina proudly accepted the award at the United Soccer Coaches Association conference in Philadelphia on January 20.

Engineering Students at annual design challenge event

CCC Engineering students earn 1st and 2nd place at 21st Annual Central California Engineering Design Challenge (CCEDEC): Students “Crushed” the competition! Fresno State hosts this competition every year for students in the Introduction to Engineering Classes (ENGR 10). Nearly 260 students competed from five schools (Clovis Community College, Fresno City College, Fresno State, Reedley College and West Hills College).

History made as college raises over $50k for student scholarships on #ClovisCrushGivingDay! Clovis Community College was selected as a finalist for the prestigious Bellwether Award for its collaboration with Clovis Unified Schools District. The grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony held for the Veterans Resource Center and so much more in this month's board report.

CCC honors Molly Griffin through various "Random Acts of Kindness" events. Hundreds of students gathered to view the solar eclipse; students join clubs at annual Club Rush to learn more about the diverse clubs and how they can get involved, make new friends, and help the community while over 400 students attend “Crush Days".
