  • Purchase and upgrade of used flight instruction aircraft for Reedley College

  • 2022-2025 Part-Time Initial Bargaining Proposal Presented by State Center Community College District to State Center Federation of Teachers, Local 1533, CFT/AFT AFL-CIO to the District

Approved the following Grant Agreement:

Clovis Community College has received an amendment agreement from the University of California, Merced. The funding is made available from the United States Small Business Administration. The agreement increases the Small Business Development Center's funding by $50,000.

Closed Session

The Board of Trustees reports out the following actions from closed session:

  • By a 7 to 0 vote, the board provided authority to initiate litigation in one (1) matter. The name of the action and the respondent, as well as the substance of the litigation shall be disclosed to any person upon inquiry once the action is formally commenced.
  • On December 14, 2021, the Board of Trustees of the State Center Community College District, unanimously took action to terminate a permanent Office Assistant II at Fresno City College. The time allotted for the employee to appeal the decision has passed. The Board’s action has now become final.
