Approved the following Grant Agreements:

Madera Community College has received a new $300,000 Dual Enrollment Program agreement from the College Futures Foundation. The funding will provide resources to improve student equity by implementing a dual enrollment program through Madera Unified School District. The funding will be received over two years.

Madera Community College was awarded $515,000 Direct Assessment Competency Based Educated Collaborative funding from the California Community College's Chancellor's Office. The funding will provide resources to implement direct assessment competency-based education associate degree programs, which will help establish a model for system-wide change of direct assessment competency-based education programs. The funding will be received over five years.

State Center Community College District was awarded $500,000 Pre-Apprenticeship Programs for Better Careers and Communities funding from the James Irvine Foundation. The funds will provide the Central Valley Pre-Apprenticeship Program resources for training to traditionally underserved populations and connecting them to regional trades and industry sectors. The funding will be received over two years.
