  2. Install and configure operating systems and application software of personal computers
  3. Set up appropriate security measures for personal computers
  4. Set up appropriate security measures for personal computers including user accounts, virus protection, and data backup
  5. Implement network configuration for personal computers
  6. Install and test network cabling and switches
  7. Prepare to take CompTIA A+ Essential and A+ Practical Application exams
  8. Work as an entry-level IT Support Technician or Help Desk
