Four Steps to Apply

Step 1: Apply Online

Application Process

  1. At CCCapply, create an OpenCCC account. This is a statewide system.
  2. While logged into your OpenCCC account, Start A New Application to apply to Clovis Community College.

High School Students

If you are currently a high school student who wishes to be enrolled in Clovis Community College courses, there are two options:


After your CCCApply application is submitted:

  • You will receive a welcome email
  • Within 3 days your application will be processed
  • You will then receive a second email containing your College Student ID for the State Center Community College District (SCCCD). Memorize your College Student ID.

Call 559-325-5391 to learn more about new student workshop sessions.

Once you receive the email with your Student ID,

  1. Activate your email
  2. Log on to WebAdvisor
  3. Complete the Student Orientation (in WebAdvisor)

Returning students, if you have not attended classes at SCCCD within the last year, you will need to complete a new admissions application at CCCApply (See Step 1)

Step 3 Multiple Measure Placement Process

Assessment for Course Placement

In alignment with AB705/AB1805, Clovis Community College ensures our students' right to access transfer level coursework in English and Math. CCC utilizes an assessment process that includes measure criteria for initial course placement.

Step 4 Meet with a Counselor
