COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement & Details for Students

Clovis Community College students who have received the COVID vaccine can get a $150 voucher to spend at the Clovis Community College Bookstore. You must have a current Crush Card (student ID) to request the voucher. If you need to purchase your student ID card, please visit the Crush Card webpage for instructions. The voucher can be used on any item including textbooks, supplies, Crush gear, electronics, or snacks.  All currently enrolled Clovis Community College students are eligible to receive this voucher.  This vaccine voucher is only available until November 10, 2021. 

Fully vaccinated means that you must have received a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or a single-dose Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine. 

Students can then redeem their vouchers online or in person at the Clovis Bookstore. The voucher is valid through May 1, 2022. Students may only qualify for one voucher regardless of the number of SCCCD colleges they attend.  Previously purchased items cannot be reimbursed through the voucher. 

How to access your $150 voucher

To request your voucher in-person

  1. Bring a current Crush Card (student ID) to the Student Center in Academic Center 1, Room 160 (AC1-160) and
  2. Bring your COVID vaccination card showing you are fully vaccinated

To request your voucher on-line

  1. Upload a copy of your Crush Card or payment receipt, and
  2. Upload a COVID vaccination card showing you are fully vaccinated
  3. You will receive a follow-up email regarding your voucher status

All documents must be uploaded in the following format:
First Name, Last Name-ID # (Example: Jane Smith-0123456)

Is there a unit requirement?

There is no unit requirement, students must be currently enrolled at Clovis Community College student. 

How do I redeem my voucher online?

  1. Go to the Clovis Bookstore webpage
  2. Load your cart with the items you want to purchase 
  3. Click Create Account/ Login or Continue as Guest
  4. Select Delivery Method (Ship or Pick up at Store)
  5. Proceed to Payment Method 
    1. Select "Bookstore Account" and enter Student ID and PIN 
    2. Select Find Accounts and select the Vaccine Voucher Account
  6. Proceed to Contact Information

Can I use my voucher to buy a book from a different campus?

Yes, students can use the voucher to purchase a textbook for any course in the State Center Community College District.

Can I receive multiple book vouchers from different campuses?

No, you may only qualify for one voucher regardless of the number of SCCCD colleges you attend.

Will we honor vaccines that were administered before the semester?

Yes, we will honor all fully vaccinated students regardless of date the vaccine was administered.

Are dual enrollment and high school enrichment students eligible for this voucher?

Yes, dual enrollment and high school enrichment students are eligible for this voucher.
