Outreach & Welcome Center

The Outreach Team and Welcome Center are available to students and community members by providing assistance with general questions and connecting individuals to campus resources. We guide incoming students through the enrollment steps, which include the admissions application, orientation, advising/assessment, and course registration. Our services also include participation in school and community outreach events and presentations, as well as providing campus tours to introduce prospective students to our college environment.

The Clovis Community College Outreach team will be visiting high schools to help high school seniors complete their State Center Community College District (SCCCD) online orientation. Please ensure your Summer/Fall 2026 admissions application has been submitted prior to your high school’s workshop date. Do not complete the online orientation prior to December 1^st at 7:00 a.m. or your registration date will be impacted. If your high school's date has passed, please see your high school counselor or contact the Outreach Specialist assigned to your high school.
