Farm Labor Contractor CE
Program Details
As a Farm Labor Contractor (FLC), you must complete 9 hours of continuing education (CE) annually to maintain your license. This program is authorized and approved by the California Labor Commissioner's office.

- Farm Labor Contractors, crew leaders, foremen, bookkeepers, or anyone who manages, directs, or controls workers in agriculture

Participation Requirements
- Class available only to Farm Labor Contractors, as well as FLC Supervisors, Crew Leaders, and key personnel.
- You must provide a copy of your valid FLC (if applicable) and Identification Card (such as a Driver's License) prior to class attendance.
Equipment Requirements
- Laptop, tablet, or mobile device with front-facing camera
- Agree to have front-facing camera on during the entire class (verifies attendance and allows us to certify you)
- Stable internet connection
- Download Zoom application (Zoom.us) and open free Zoom account
- Adobe Acrobat

Cost And Payment
Below are the current registration fees for our Farm Labor Contractor training programs.
Fees are subject to change — please review the latest schedule before registering.
Registration Fees:
- Online (Zoom) - FLC License Holder: $250
- Online (Zoom) - Crew Leader / Bookkeeper / Staff: $125
- In-Person (Clovis, CA) - FLC License Holder: $275
- In-Person (Clovis, CA) - Crew Leader / Bookkeeper / Staff: $150
- Late fee: $25
Payment Requirements:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received at least five (5) working days before the class start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellations made on less than five (5) working days before the class, or failure to attend, are not refundable (you remain responsible for the full course fee).
- If you register and then cannot attend, you must cancel in writing (email or phone) by the deadline to qualify for the partial refund or a one-time transfer to another session. No-shows will forfeit the fee.
