Response to COVID-19

The Test Center is open to Procter DSP&S students.

  • Now that it is safe to return to in-person instruction, the Test Center has adjusted the operating hours based on the number of on-campus classes offered, the needs of the students, and faculty requests. 
  • Please keep checking back here for new updates and/or hours.

Available Testing Services

DSP&S Testing

DSP&S Test Proctoring services are available for students who have an active Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSP&S) file and have been approved to receive accommodations when taking class exams. 


Monday - Friday

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

  • By Appointment Only.
  • The last available appointment time is two hours prior to closing.
  • All tests must be completed and turned in to the proctor by closing, with no exceptions.
  • Exams must be completed by closing regardless of accommodation time.

DSP&S Test Proctoring Request Process

*COVID-19 Protocols will be adhered to. Please plan ahead and check back for updates.

  1. Consult with your instructor/syllabus prior to scheduling an appointment. 

  2. Schedule the DSP&S Test by emailing: or calling 559-325-5050 at least one week in advance. Later requests will try to be accommodated

  3. Promptly email the DSP&S Test Proctoring Form to your instructor.
    It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the teacher has the Test Proctor Form at least 72 hours in advance

  4. Keep in contact with your instructor at all times, confirm they approved the appointment. 

  5. Arrive on time for your test appointment in room AC2-177, bring your Photo ID.

  6. Testing early/late & rescheduling is at the instructor's discretion. Please speak to them first before trying to make changes to your appointment.
