Community matters. We want you to feel like you truly belong here — Because you do. Between dozens of clubs, and hundreds of events relating to any discipline, you will be able to find your people.

We also offer services to students, like tutoring, private study rooms, and free food on campus because we care about your success.

Student Clubs

The clubs are where the social scene is. Thanks to clubs, I can say I met people who are my friends.

Sports

We have coaches who have previously worked at D1 schools, and multiple teams playing at a state level.

Roughly half of our entire student-athlete population has earned a 3.2 GPA or better, while also competing at championship levels and serving our campus and local communities. This group in particular has done a truly exceptional job of balancing academics, athletics, and life, and have proven to be model student-athletes in every sense. This is also a reflection of our outstanding staff and their commitment to academic success, in particular the dedicated work of Athletic Counselor, Karie Hannigan.

Arts & Humanities

Visual Art

We have a gallery in the AC1 Lobby, which shows art from students, professors, and guest artists. When guest artists show their work here, they also have a lecture and reception where you can meet the artist. There are many opportunities to learn first-hand from professional artists.

Music

We have a state-of-the-art recording studio, with a dolby atmos mixing room. This means commercial music students have access to the same level of equipment as the world’s biggest artists.

We also have live music on campus at our student showcase, as well as other events throughout the semester.

Language Arts

We’ve hosted creative writing and poetry workshops on campus, and have invited major authors as guest speakers. We also have open-mic poetry events, where any student can share work that they’ve written. Stay tuned for any future events.
