Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park
To celebrate black history month, we are offering a field trip to this state park, formerly a small town, founded in 1908 by an escaped slave.
A Century of Black History Commemoration
Participants will engage in active learning experiences that highlight the cultural wealth of the Central Valley and provide an understanding of our local historical context.

Bus leaves at 8:30 am
30 Students and 5 staff / faculty spots are available and will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Approved / signed travel and conference forms are required to reserve a spot.
