On Friday, May 22nd, graduating students, faculty, and staff virtually watched a Virtual Completion Celebration video featuring many graduating students. The video was viewed via YouTube and many students, faculty and staff logged in to celebrate and post congratulatory comments.
The video was put together by our very own graphic designer, Jason Mendez. Students submitted photos, while many faculty submitted pictures congratulating students on their success and wishing them well for the future.
This event did not replace the graduation ceremony but provided an opportunity for students and employees of Clovis Community College to celebrate all our graduating students’ success.
Other celebratory videos were also posted including an EOPS Celebration Video, a Leon S. Peters HonorsTransfer/Scholarship Recognition Video, a Black Student Union (BSU) online graduation celebration, and a TRIO Celebration.

The BSU hosted a live online graduation celebration and participants listened to stories and experiences from the graduates. It was a heartfelt celebration for all to enjoy and cherish.
