A new Dreamers Club has been organized at CCC. The club will empower and support student success and will provide undocumented students a safe place to share concerns. All students are welcome to attend the meetings held on the first and third Friday of every month from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
Thank you to Counselors Nancy Chavero and Carla Stoner-Brito, and student Carolina Munce for their dedication in making this club possible. Students will also be provided community resources like free immigration legal services, via a partnership with SCCCD and the United Farmworker Foundation.

Also, a CCC Undocumented Student Taskforce has recently been established. It is comprised of employees from multiple departments. The goal of the task force is to collaborate, review best practices, and continuously improve our services for undocumented students. The tentative meeting time is the last Friday of the month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am., contact Carla Stoner-Brito if you would like to participate.
