Help us respond to your needs, through Starfish

The ‘Tell Us About Yourself’ survey allows us to collect information directly to connect you to support resources.

The survey contains two parts:

• #RealCollege Questionnaire (30 questions about homelessness, housing insecurity, and food insecurity)
• SCCCD specific questions (there are 4 of them).

Students will only be asked to complete the #RealCollege questionnaire once. After completing the survey students will receive information on resources and/or individual outreach based on their responses.
