Anthropology

Why study Anthropology at CCC

Are you interested in understanding what it means to be human from a ‘holistic perspective’? Anthropology is a four-field discipline that addresses: culture, biology, archaeology, and linguistics. This broad approach means that as an anthropology student you will gain an understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures and societies around the world and the development of past human societies. You will also gain an understanding of the evolution and biological adaptations of humans and other primate species.

Our Philosophy

We have designed our Anthropology program to help cultivate a deeper understanding of human diversity and the complexity of the human experience from biological, historical, and cultural perspectives.
