The commencement ceremony will be held outdoors at Clovis Community College on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

The ceremony will take place at the main campus located at 10309 N. Willow Ave., Fresno, CA., 93730 on the lawn at the corner of Willow Ave. and International Ave.

FREE Parking

Parking is FREE for guests in any of the CCC lots off International Ave. and our newest parking lot on Chestnut Ave. The parking lots off of Willow and Behymer are also for guests but will close at 5:15 p.m.

If you are parking in the lots located along International or Chestnut Ave. please walk on the sidewalks along International Ave. to avoid walking through passenger drop-offs.

No street parking on Willow Avenue.

Rideshare Drop-Off/Pick-Up

Families with guests who cannot walk long distances can utilize our passenger drop-off locations in the roundabouts indicated on the map. Carts will be available to shuttle passengers from the drop-off locations to the ceremony drop-off location.

Tickets

Tickets are NOT required and guest seating is first-come, first-served.

Important: Temperatures are expected to reach 90° or higher. Please note that the ceremony is in a grassy location without shade. We ask that you please plan accordingly. Water will be available while supplies last. Guests are encouraged to bring water or any other non-alcoholic beverages to stay hydrated. Free water will be available along with other food and beverages for sale.

Seating

In addition to the seating area for guests, there is also a large grass area if guests wish to bring their own chairs and umbrellas.

Shade umbrellas, balloons, and signage cannot block the view of other guests. We ask that you please lower umbrellas, balloons, and signage at the beginning of the ceremony. No canopies will be allowed.

Pet Policy

There will be no pets allowed at the graduation site with the exception of emotional support or service animals.

There will be a section designated for guests with wheelchairs. We recommend families arrive early to ensure guests with limited mobility can be accommodated.

Live ASL interpreters will appear on our screens.

The ceremony will be livestreamed in rooms AC2-178 and AC2-179 for individuals who attend in person but wish to stay out of the heat.

Guests will not be permitted to approach the stage or graduate seating area to take pictures or record video.

The official posed graduate photo will be available for purchase from Larson Brothers Photography.

Several photograph areas will be set up around the event site to celebrate following the ceremony.

The ceremony will be livestreamed in rooms AC2-178 and AC2-179 for those wanting to watch from indoors.

For those who wish to watch the ceremony at home, the ceremony will be streamed live to Facebook and Youtube.

Food Options

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the Crush Café from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Various food trucks will also be on campus offering treats and small bites.

Gifts

Gifts and flowers can be purchased under the canopy located near the library.
